Changing User Interface of Dashboard, in a Laravel Script

We need to customize a Laravel Script for more functionalities but before that we need to change User Interface accordingly. So this will be user Interface without Functuionality which will be used when we add functionality. At this time its only a user interface, shuffling and rearranging things type. Rest can be discussed.
