Changes to a survey builder (LarveL)

I research an expert developer to do many few changes to a laravel project. It is necessary competence in Survey Duilder and design. My budget is fixed and I asign the job only to the developer that show complex software (not banal web) and can do a proof of competence (before open the milestone). If don't have that experience to show, don't answer me.
