Changes in my laravel based web application

I have a multi hospital management system which consists of 7 panels. Here I need to make some changes into these panels and want to add 3 new panels and all the details of this project has been mentioned in the attached document. Please don't place a bid if you are asking more than 15000 INR Rupees. And I want this project to get completed in less than 28 days.
