Change and add new permissions in Laravel Web Application

I'm looking for someone to make changes to the existing permissions in my Laravel Web Application. Specifically, certain permissions need to be removed. Additionally, I need an approval process implemented so that any subsequent permissions changes will be reviewed before they are committed. Finally, the changes will affect user actions related to accessing data. If you have experience in Laravel and have the technical expertise to make these changes, then I would love to hear from you.
