Car trading platform (Continuation Development)

We are seeking a skilled freelancer or team to continue the development of our used car trading platform. The project is currently in an unfinished state, and we need expertise in both front-end and back-end development to bring it to completion. The ideal candidate(s) should have a strong background in web development, with specific experience in Bootstrap, Laravel, and API integrations.
Current State of the Project:
Front-end: Utilizes a Bootstrap template. Requires debugging and possibly some redesign to improve user experience.
Back-end: Built on Laravel. Needs debugging and additional functionalities.
New Features to Be Implemented:
External Payment Integration: Implement secure payment solutions for transactions between buyers and sellers.
DocuSign API Integration: To automate the contract signing process, integrating DocuSign for electronic signatures is required.
Messaging System: Develop a robust messaging system that allows communication between users within the platform.
ChatGPT API Integration: Implement ChatGPT-related APIs to enhance user interaction and provide automated customer support.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Bootstrap, Laravel, and API integrations.
Ability to debug and enhance existing web applications.
Experience with payment gateway integration, electronic signature solutions, and chat systems.
Familiarity with OpenAI's ChatGPT or similar AI technologies is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.

Timeline: The project is expected to be completed within 2 weeks from the start date.
Working Arrangement:
- Daily progress updates are required. We propose a brief daily meeting to discuss progress, hurdles, and next steps.
- Open to both individuals and teams. Preference will be given to those who can dedicate full-time efforts to meet the project timeline.
