CRM & Workflow Web Development

My immediate priority is streamlining the way our company works day-to-day, then folding that new efficiency into a customer-facing web presence. I need an experienced PHP/Laravel developer who is comfortable architecting a bespoke CRM from scratch, shaping database structure in MySQL, and wiring everything together through clean RESTful APIs.

Here is the path I have in mind:

• Analyse existing processes, spot bottlenecks and translate them into clear entities, user stories and data flows.
• Build a modular CRM—contact and deal management, role-based permissions, notifications, reporting dashboards—using Laravel, Vue (or similar) and MySQL.
• Integrate key third-party services for email, calendars, and (soon) payment gateways.
• Prepare the codebase for the next phase: custom marketing sites and an e-commerce front end, so maintainable HTML/CSS, responsive design skills and sound software architecture decisions are vital.

Deliverables
1. Technical spec & wireframes reflecting the optimised workflow.
2. Functional MVP CRM deployed on our staging server, source in Git.
3. Handover documentation plus a roadmap for the upcoming website/e-commerce build.
