We have a web-app built in Laravel with VueJS that needs front-end styling / design work done. This would include both UX design and implementation.

We have an existing adobe XD which can be used as a base, but we'd like input from the person we hire on changes. So you must have creative flare.
Features are already agreed and web-app is 80% built. Team is UK based.
