Build me a website that tracks NFT rarity based on its metadata, similar to www.raritysniper.com or www.raritytools.io -- 2

Basically we want a website with a very similar layout to those 2 websites provided. We initially want to list the most popular NFT collections from Opensea.io and show their rarity based on their metadata. Afterwards we want clients to contact us if they want us to list their collection on our website, which we will then collect their metadata and list it on the website for them.
