Build User Management CRUD Software (Laravel, React & React Native)

I am looking for a passionate Full Stack (Laravel, React and React Native) developer to build an Admin Panel to manage Empty container Yard process. It is more like a data input/output relational software and doesn't have heavy complexities.
The admin panel is designed in Figma with all the inputs, so you just have to follow the design to understand the logic of its working. Anyways i will be describing the entire project and its working on call so everything is clear before development.

I am a designer with knowledge in development too, will be happy to answer all your doubts and assist you in development. Techstack-
•Laravel (experience with eloquent ORM & spatie (for user roles n permissions)
Database: Your choice as per the feasibility
•React js- You can use https://gluestack.io , Mantine.dev components or any other which you are comfortable with.
•React Native- Build android application
• AWS or Gcloud- EC2,S3 and SES
