Build Secure Digital Downloads

I Need someone that can add a digital product downloading system to my Laravel project. Must be experienced and not too greedy.

Users will pay for products and then get instant.Download and email notification.

I need a straightforward, secure download feature added to my site so visitors can grab two kinds of files without hassle: tutorial-style video files and bundled RAR archives. The flow should feel seamless—click, begin download, done—while keeping the assets protected from hot-linking or unauthorised sharing.

Core needs
• Upload interface (or clear folder structure) where I can place new tutorial videos and their accompanying RAR files.
• Automatic generation of clean download links that expire or can be limited by count—whatever is simpler to implement but still prevents link-leeching.
• A small status display so users know file size and remaining time while downloading.
• Compatibility with common desktop and mobile browsers; no plugin pop-ups.

Tech is flexible: if you prefer PHP with Laravel, Node, Python, or even a lightweight WordPress plugin, I’m open—as long as the result is easy for me to manage. Please include any library or CDN suggestions (Amazon S3 presigned URLs, CloudFront, nginx X-Accel, etc.) you believe will keep the downloads fast and secure.

Deliverable
A working module (code + brief setup doc) that lets me upload tutorial videos and RAR files, creates protected links, and shows it functioning on a test page of my site.
