Build a Lavavel Application and accompaning Flutter App

I need someone that would a bill payment website in laravel framework. I have an existing website , built with python and i will like to rebuild with laravel framework . there are several api to integrated . payment proccessing and automation based api . I need someone that is interested in a long term relation and someone that will be available for support on the project . There will be an accompanying mobile app done in flutter ..
Note that you be integrating several api to build the web application, i will show u several websites
that u will look at .
You will be duplicatiing almost all the features of my my present web application ( done in Phython) and also adding a few features.
