Build a Laravel App in AWS

Design and develop a basic web-based Laravel app in AWS that allows several users to access a website that s/he can access four pages:



1) An Upload & Categorization Page to upload, index (the text for search) and store files, as well as having the user add text into field, including a short and long description, categorizations and customizable tags and keywords.

2) A Details Page to review and edit the stored and categorized piece of content, including downloading of the file.

3) A Search Page to search the short description, long description, categorization, and tags/keywords field, as well as the indexed files, and display/filter/sort the results with the ability to click on/a resulting return to access the Details Page.

4) User Management Page to allow an Admin to add/remove non-administrative users for upload and search.



The project would be build in Laravel and developer must be able to set up in AWS. Some design work needed to make functional, but this App is being developer for a personal file categorization project (not commercial use), so it does not need to be very scalable or design heavy.



Please provide hourly pricing and estimated number of hours to complete. Some ongoing development/support work may be necessary. Blank or incomplete quotes will not be reviewed. Must have Laravel AND AWS experience. Significant opportunity for much larger, ongoing projects.
