Build a Laravel Aplicationn / Flutter Mobile app

I want to rebuild my web application that was is presently running with python Django
It’s a bill payment website application
I want to rebuild it with Laravel framework and I will be duplicating all the features on the my present website and adding a few more features..
You will be integrating several api from payment processors and automation apis.. so you must be good in knowing how to integrate api
At the end you will migrate my users details ( logins and wallet balances ) from my present website to the new application you are building .
The web application you will build will have a api documentation
I need someone to be available on a long term basis
I will need an accompanying flutter app with the website
The project is urgent so i need someone that can start work asap and make this happen.
The script will be deployed on test location first and when perfect , will be deployed on my running website .
