Build an Freelance marketplace in Laravel 8

I need a basic level of the freelance marketplace in Laravel 8 with three types of roles
Freelancer/user/customer
Company/Employee/Job provider
Admin
There will be a 10/20% commission for each successful job for the admin
3 dashboards
one for Admin must be user friendly with all required details should be there like list of users, posts, payments activities etc
one for Company job posting
one for Freelancer
For UI reference visit the Upwork freelance marketplace
Plus there should include payment methods such as well like PayPal, Payoneer, Stripe must be implemented.
If you have already created such type of marketplace or you can create it in less time and budget Let me know with your portfolio and budget time.
