Book DJ is a platform where customers can book a DJ.
The customer enters the website and must be able to create a request in an inactive form.
At the end of the form, the customer must fill in their email address, if the email address is already posted as a customer, the request will be created automatically. If the email address is not registered, the customer will have to create a password.
Now the request is created and you get a link with an ID number of 10 digits, for example www.sitename.se/offert/20221113-1156 (Gig date + hyphen + 4 random numbers.
This link is sent out to DJs within a 15 mile radius via Mail. DJs must also be able to log in via bokadj.se to see current requests. DJ goes to the page and logs in with his details and can then respond to the request with text and price
The customer receives an email when a DJ leaves a quote. The customer goes to www.sitename.se/offert/20221113-1156 or via dashboard.
There, the customer can see the DJ's response to the request. The customer must be able to reply with a message and DJ: must then receive an email and also be able to reply to the customer's message. The DJ must be able to change his text and price afterwards until the customer has approved the booking.
When the customer has decided, the customer should be able to click on Book the DJ, the DJ then receives an email that the customer wants to book the DJ, the DJ receives an email and logs in and approves the booking. When the DJ has approved the customer's booking, the gig is approved.
On the same day as the gig, an invoice is created for 15% of the amount + VAT. This amount is invoiced to the DJ via a system called Visma which we need to connect via API.
Reviews
24 hours after the gig, the customer will receive an email to leave a rating.
1-5 stars and mandatory text. This review must be linked to the DJ's profile
Cancellation
The customer has free cancellation up to 30 days before the gig.
DJ Profile page
The DJ will receive a gold medal on his profile page when the DJ has had his first gig.

In order for the DJ to be able to respond to a request, the DJ must fill in important information under "Edit Profile. The DJ must select the following. "Company or private person" organization number of the company. This is so that we and the customer know whether the DJ is a private person or entrepreneur.
DJ Backend
On the Dashboard, the DJ should be able to see new messages from customers and gigs with submitted quotes and approved gigs.
Customer Backend
On the Dashboard, the customer should be able to see new messages from DJS on requests and gigs where the DJ has submitted a quote. Also game titles that are approved.
