Adding a new feature in an existing flutter and Laravel app

I am looking for a freelancer to work on an existing Flutter and Laravel project and add a new feature - a subscription model to our existing on demand service application. The ideal candidate should have previous experience that displays expertise in similar application along with expert experience in Flutter and Laravel. The deadline for this project is 2 weeks and any successful applications should include detail project proposals and experience.
