Adding a Subscription and Updated Website content

My website was custom built in 2020. Since then we have made upgrades and now we want to make an additional upgrade by adding a subscription option. The website program was built in Laravel. This project is in 2 phases or Milestone: 1- Setup a subscription process for customers(specific detail to the awarded freelancer) and
Milestone: 2- Update existing website content not accessible in the admin panel (logo, remove menu options, etc.)
