Add recruitment module to my laravel project

I am looking for a talented Laravel developer who will work on a simple task which is adding a recruitment module to my Laravel app. Basically, this should do email piping from my careers@ email, and from the module, you can create an applicant and transition the status .i.e hired, rejected, on-hold, or any other custom status.
This will also include creating a Kanban View.
Most importantly this should be able to send emails and keep a list on conversations from the email.
