Add Some Features in an Existing Journal App (made in Laravel/PHP) -- 2

I have a Journal App built in PHP/JavaScript/Laravel which allows to enter Journal entries, country, some photos and one video of limited size, different costs etc (see https://traveljournal.ml). The job is divided into Two Parts. This is Part II. If you can deliver satisfactory work as per the documents and within Budget, then I will work with you in future.
The job is to add some more features like each registered user can follow each other, show follower number/following (just like InstaGram), the user also get notification of new blog post if followed by him, make itineries of the train, plane, bus, taxi, cruise hotel, sightseeing etc and the same gets organized automatically as per time/date set by user, user can add tickets in PDF,JPEG,PNG, invite others by email to his tour plan and discuss tour with them in private, tour reminder system by email/SMS, payment system etc. I will discuss in chat more.
You can do some features of do all features. Please mention in bid and bid accordingly. I will need full copyright of the sourcecode and server installation.
