Project Overview: The ALMS is an adaptive learning platform designed to improve students' reading skills at fundamental, advanced, and literary levels. The platform incorporates gamification elements and a ranking system to encourage student engagement and progress. The platform includes user authentication and authorization, course management, unit and lesson management, text selection, sentiment analysis, Bayesian networks, and adaptive learning capabilities. The platform will use Vimeo API for video playback and Stripe for payment processing.
Target Audience: The target audience for the LMS is for students and instructors that adhere to a popular international curriculum. The platform will provide support for students with learning disabilities such as ADHD, dyslexia, and graphophobia.
