We have a Laravel website hosted on AWS/Linux with Apache/WHM. The site is showing SSL/OCSP-related errors, but our developer suspects the root cause is a server-wide outbound networking problem.

Error example:

AH01974: could not connect to OCSP responder 'ocsp.sectigo.com'
Network is unreachable

We need an experienced AWS/Linux DevOps engineer to urgently diagnose and fix:
