Translate Toddler Picture Book

I’m looking for a literary translator who can bring my children’s picture book—written for curious 2- to 5-year-olds—into another language while keeping its playful rhythm, simple vocabulary, and warm tone intact.
The book relies on short, rhyming sentences and vivid, age-appropriate imagery, so the translation must read naturally aloud and remain engaging for very young listeners. Cultural references should be adapted sensitively so the story still feels universal and relatable.
Deliverables I need:
• A polished, ready-to-publish manuscript in the target language (editable Word or Google Docs format).
• A side-by-side document showing original lines with your translated lines to streamline my review.
• Brief translator’s notes highlighting any wordplay, rhyme changes, or cultural tweaks.
Ideal collaborator:
• Proven experience translating children’s books or early-reader material.
• Native-level fluency in the target language and excellent command of the source language.
• Familiarity with rhyme, meter, and read-aloud flow for toddlers.
