Translate Meeting Agenda to Vietnamese
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
My team has an English-language agenda for an upcoming conference call and we need it rendered into clear, conversational Vietnamese that feels natural to native speakers. The tone should remain informal—more like colleagues speaking casually than a legal or highly polished corporate text.
The original file is short (just the agenda items with brief notes) and sits in a Word document. I will share that file once the project starts. I’d like the Vietnamese version returned in the same layout so that formatting is preserved; no need to translate headers such as “Confidential” if they appear, but everything else should move over accurately.
Turn-around is important because the call is approaching, so a quick yet precise translation is key. Please make sure idiomatic phrases feel native, dates and times follow Vietnamese conventions, and any acronyms stay intact unless there is a well-known Vietnamese equivalent.
Deliverable:
• A Word or Google Docs file mirroring the original structure, fully translated into informal Vietnamese and ready to distribute.
Once delivered, I will review for flow and clarity; minor tweaks may be requested to ensure it reads naturally to our Vietnamese colleagues.
