Spanish Transition Program for Tweens
Budget: $8 – $15 CAD
I’m putting together a structured Spanish-language transition program tailored specifically for European children aged 9 – 12 who already possess an intermediate command of the language. The idea is to move them beyond basic classroom Spanish and guide them toward confident, real-world usage through a mix of engaging content and age-appropriate challenges.
Here’s what I need from you: develop a series of progressive modules that build vocabulary depth, strengthen grammar intuition, and encourage spontaneous conversation. Each module should weave in everyday cultural references so the kids feel the language rather than just study it. Because they’re pre-teens, variety matters—short interactive reading passages, creative writing prompts, role-play scripts, and game-style listening tasks will keep enthusiasm high.
Deliverables
• A six-week curriculum outline showing clear weekly objectives
• Detailed lesson plans (45–60 minutes each) including printable materials, multimedia links, and homework suggestions
• A simple assessment tracker to measure gains in fluency and confidence at the midpoint and at the end of the program
I’ll provide feedback after the first week’s draft, then we’ll iterate together. If you have experience designing language courses for this specific age band and can balance rigor with fun, let’s get started!
