Sorani Kurdish Transliteration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a body of Sorani Kurdish that arrives as a straightforward plain-text file and I need every word faithfully transliterated. The text is already digital, so no OCR or image clean-up is involved; the sole task is to convert the existing Arabic-based Sorani script into its Latin-alphabet equivalent, preserving original line breaks and punctuation so the structure matches the source one-to-one.
Accuracy is critical: diacritics must be rendered according to the standard Sorani Latin conventions, and names or loanwords should stay consistent throughout. When you return the finished file, I would like it in the same simple TXT format, clearly marked so I can compare source and result line by line.
If you have previous examples of Sorani transliteration work, feel free to mention them when you bid—knowing you have handled the quirks of Sorani phonetics will help me choose quickly.
