Multilingual Proofreading from English

A set of documents originally written in English has already been translated into several target languages and now requires a final, meticulous proofread. The work involves reading the translated text side-by-side with the English source, correcting grammar, punctuation, style, and ensuring the meaning is preserved throughout.

Please indicate in your proposal which language or languages you proofread at a native level and give a realistic turnaround time for up to 10,000 words. If you routinely use tools such as Trados, MemoQ, or Word’s Track Changes, mention that as well so I can send the files in the most convenient format.

Deliverables:
• A clean, publication-ready version of each file.
• A tracked-changes copy (or equivalent) that shows every amendment.
• A brief note highlighting any ambiguities or segments that might need retranslation.

Consistency with the English source, natural flow in the target language, and zero typographical errors will be the benchmarks for acceptance.
