Looking for a Language Tutor in Riga, Latvia

I am looking for a Russian language tutor who can meet in-person approximately five hours a week from the end of October into December. I am currently an intermediate Russian speaker and need to work the most on speaking and understanding spoken Russian with a focus on vocabulary relating to politics and government.
