French Language Education Content Scriptwriter
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We're looking for a French-English Language Specialist (LS) who will review the curriculum, write immersive lesson scripts, and provide in-depth feedback in collaboration with our Learning Designer.
Here's what the work looks like day to day:
First, we'll send you the google docs file with the curriculum planning. You'll review it and check for any errors or issues in French vocabulary, expressions, grammar, or cultural elements — and assess whether the content is pedagogically sound and appropriate for English-speaking learners.
Once the curriculum is confirmed, you'll write a first draft of the immersive lesson script following Teuida's instructional guidelines. The script focuses on spoken language — helping learners pick up French naturally through realistic, situation-based scenarios. We love script that are engaging and fun, so don't be shy about weaving in some humor to keep learners motivated!

- Native-level proficiency in both French and English
- Preferably native speaker of Parisian/standard French (France)
- Ability to blend learning with creative storytelling and humor to build fun scripts
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Deliver quality work on schedule
- Positive energy and a collaborative attitude
[Preferred]
- Experience in teaching French to English speakers
- Experience in writing scripts for online language courses
- A passion for language learning
