I’m setting up a flexible, project-based collaboration with a skilled translator who can step in whenever new material lands on my desk. The work is strictly freelance, so you can slot assignments around your existing schedule as long as deadlines are met.
Scope
You will take raw documents and return them fully translated, proof-read, and formatted to match the source layout. Topics and word counts vary, so accuracy, consistency, and an eye for nuance are essential. If you already use CAT tools or glossaries, all the better—please let me know which ones.
Deliverables
• Translation of each file supplied, in the original format (DOCX, PDF, XLS, etc.)
• A short change log or translator’s note highlighting any ambiguous terms
Acceptance Criteria
• Meaning preserved with no machine-like phrasing
• Grammar, punctuation, and tone appropriate for the target audience
• Delivery within the mutually agreed turnaround time
