I am seeking an experienced English instructor to help my group of intermediate adult learners improve their English speaking fluency and pronunciation.
Key requirements:
- Proficient in English: You should be a native or near-native English speaker with excellent command of the language, especially in speaking.
- Teaching Experience: Experience in teaching English as a second language, with a focus on adult learners.
- Pronunciation Expertise: You should be able to provide meaningful feedback and guidance on pronunciation.
- Engaging & Interactive: Ability to create engaging and interactive learning sessions that encourage speaking practice and enhance pronunciation skills.
- Patience & Empathy: The ideal candidate should be patient, empathetic and able to motivate learners to practice and improve.
Your role would encompass:
- Conducting regular speaking practice sessions focusing on enhancing fluency and pronunciation.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to help the learners improve.
- Designing and implementing activities that encourage and enhance the learners' speaking skills.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting the approach as needed.
