Beginner Mandarin Conversation Lessons

I’m starting Mandarin from scratch and want to reach the point where I can handle everyday conversations comfortably. Because I am a complete beginner, I need guidance on tones, pinyin, core vocabulary, and survival sentence patterns, with each session focused on practical speaking and listening rather than lengthy grammar lectures.
I’d like live online classes—Zoom or Skype are both fine—supplemented with homework that keeps me practicing between lessons. Tools such as shared whiteboards, Quizlet or Anki decks, and short audio drills are welcome if they help reinforce pronunciation and recall.
Deliverables
• A structured lesson plan geared toward a beginner whose main goal is daily conversation
• Supporting materials (PDFs, slides, flashcards, or audio files) after every class
• A brief weekly progress check so I know exactly what to review
