Actually Learning Language (ALL) - Learn the way native speakers have learn them

Regular cubic class learning (even a regular virtual 30-60 min classes) are not able to teach the essence of the language in the first place. In learning language: 1. He/she needs to recognize, by it's sound and pattern (listening), 2. He/she needs a good emotional reason, enough to repeat and eventually remember the words effortlessly (through music, movies, games, stand-up comedy, etc.) 3. She/he would eventually blurt our the words until the language spoken at a level of... from average to native-fluent, all without pressures.

Then only should the grammar, structure, reading, comprehension and eventually writing should be learned. Do you see how you can relate this to how you learned your native language since a baby? Recall if all these steps are the way any of your mother-tongue are educated (or even languages that you learned since as a kid).

If you are still on board with this, then you are worth joining the effort of making the process of learning languages smoothly and joyfully, without any of the 'regular' hurdles learning foreign languages like mere grammar teaching and the teacher speaking to you in second language right from the gecko, hah? Feels like eternal issues that should be fixed. Btw, please reply me back with the word 'Gen-ki', so that I know that you have read the text and here for the love of language and not just for the sake of money.

I'm currently looking for tutors with the following criteria for my A.L.L. courses:

- can teach a group of 3-5 students weekly
- aged between 18-30
- Have fluency in more than two languages, English is compulsory
- Experiences in teaching tutors is advantages, but not compulsory
- Language Certificates are advantages, but not a compulsory
- Vibrant, lively and charismatic person in your own way, whether extrovert or introvert
- Is not a boring jack, have interesting hobbies and things that someone can relate to
- Happy to engage with students as a friend and Excited to build language community of their own :)
