We’re looking for a skilled backend developer to step in and polish up/debug a LangChain-based AI app hosted on a DigitalOcean droplet (Ubuntu). The core framework is already set up, including:
•PostgreSQL database
•LangChain installed and integrated
•Ubuntu server environment fully configured
•Two LLM APIs already configured (OpenAI & XAI/Grok-style)
• 4–5 external data source APIs wired in
Your mission:
Review and refine the API call handling, validate endpoint responses, and ensure clean, reliable integration with the PostgreSQL backend. Think of it as “smoothing out the engine” — not rebuilding the car.
Requirements:
• Proven experience with LangChain, PostgreSQL, and REST API integration
• Confident working in Ubuntu/Linux environments
• Debugging mindset — you’re not afraid to trace failures and clean up spaghetti
• Solid Git/GitHub hygiene
• Bonus: Experience with AI agents, vector DBs, or DigitalOcean droplets
