Build Custom AI Lead Qualification System

Hello,

We are looking for an experienced AI developer to build a fully custom lead qualification system for real estate rental inquiries. The system should parse incoming leads (mainly from Zillow, Apt.com, and ShowMojo), qualify them using a conversational AI agent, and respond to leads via SMS and/or email in a human-like manner.

Important: We do not want to use commercial tools like Zapier or EliseAI. This must be a custom solution built with open APIs and Langchain, running on our own infrastructure (or lightweight VPS/cloud functions).

What the System Should Do:
- Parse Emails from platforms like Zillow, ShowMojo, Apt.com
- Extract Lead Info: name, property, phone, etc.
- Use Langchain AI Agent to generate natural, BANT-style qualifying messages
- Send SMS via Twilio (or simulated for now)
- Log lead data and responses to Google Sheets or a database
- Assign leads round-robin to different agents
- Schedule tours via Google Calendar or send a calendar link

Required Skills:
- Langchain (OpenAI or LLM orchestration)
- Python (must be very comfortable)
- Gmail / IMAP Email Parsing
- Twilio or similar SMS API
- Google Sheets API or gspread
- Basic backend scripting (Flask/FastAPI optional)
- Prompt engineering (for human-like messaging)

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Google Calendar API or Calendly integration
- Familiarity with lead gen workflows

Timeline:
We are looking to see working progress today, and full delivery within 2 days max.
