weeds removed

I am in need of someone to remove weeds from a small area (see attached photo_.) After removal, I require dirt and weeds to be removed from the site. The preferred method of removal is to use a tool. I need someone who can do this job in a timely manner and with great attention to detail, to ensure that all weeds are successfully removed. Thank you in advance for considering this project. I want some of the dirt removed as well so that I can add fresh soil before planting.
