Safe Lopping Overhanging Evergreens

The neighbour’s evergreen limbs now stretch well over my roof and I want them gone before they become a real hazard. I need an insured, experienced arborist who can access a typical suburban block, climb or use an elevated platform, and remove only the sections that cross the boundary.
Safety is the driving factor, so every cut must protect the roof tiles and guttering. Once the branches are down, chip everything on-site; I’ll reuse the mulch in the garden, so leave it in a tidy pile where I indicate. Nothing should end up on the neighbour’s side or blocking my driveway.
Deliverable
• Lop all evergreen branches that overhang my house.
• Chip the cuttings into mulch and place neatly on-site.
• Leave the roof, gutters and yard clean of debris.
