NEED HELP to fix my mess

Im destroying my front garden please save me.

Im looking for a landscaper who can help me find the right look for my front garden.

Was wanting a Australian native garden but unsure where to place everything and whether to go dense or more structural.

Requirements:
- Design should be tailored for clay soil but I can mound plants up.
- The front faces west and I live in the Mid North Coast NSW.
- Plant selections must focus on native, aloes and cactus.
- I already have plants planted but happy to remove as it’s not cohesive.
- Plan to add a decogranite path front footpath to front door where there will be a bigger porch.
- Want to keep ;
Front mound
- horomanthus p. Mouse bush
- Mini red corymbia
- finicia nodosa

Current other plants I have but happy to remove
- Banksia robur
- Banksia oblongofolia
- Aloe moonglow
- Aloe outback orange
- Leucadendron harlequin
- Westringia Smokey
- Peruvian cactus

Plants I have which aren’t planted;
- Poa kingsdale x3
- Poa Poiformis Tussocks x3
- Poa lab common x1
- Saltbush spinenscen x3
- Correa alba white
- Cousin it x3 (can get more)

Originally had proteas and grevilleas but they all died after cyclone Alfred and 2 years of heavy rain and so from then on the garden has shifted and changed and turned into a mess.
Was going to go dense Australian planting but now thinking scaling back and going more arid structured and add in some grass trees and use the cousin it and some of the poa grasses with rocks.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in native Australian flora
- Experience with clay soil landscaping
- Strong design skills for low-maintenance, modern gardens
- great problem solver to fix a mess already created.

Only need a draw up as partner has the tools and a gardening business however we just don’t know how to fix this and complement our modest small brick veneer house
