3D Landscape Visualisation — 6 Photorealistic Renders + Rendered Masterplan Plan

Overview
We are a design and engineering consultancy seeking an experienced 3D visualisation freelancer to produce photorealistic landscape renders for a mixed-use residential development in the UAE. The central park is around 7.5 hectares, and should be the focus of these renders.
The subject of these renders is the landscape and public realm — planting, hardscape, and public spaces. Buildings appear only as background context, not as the focus. We will provide a 3D model and full 2D design information; you will produce the final rendered images.
What we will provide
- SketchUp model (.skp) of the scheme
- 2D landscape masterplan, sections, and levels/grading plan
- Planting list/schedule (species, sizes, densities)
- Hardscape and materials/finishes schedule
- Reference and mood imagery for the intended look and feel

At least one of the six perspectives must be a night-time view that clearly shows the landscape and feature lighting (item 3 can be that view, or one of the eye-level views — your recommendation welcome).
Technical specifications
- Quality: photorealistic, high quality.
- Resolution: minimum 7,000 px on the long edge (300 dpi at A1) — these will be printed on A1 presentation boards.
- Final formats: JPG + PNG, plus layered TIFF or PSD for each image, with sky and entourage on separate layers.
- Planting* must follow our planting list — correct species character and densities — at an agreed maturity, kept consistent across all views.
- Hardscape & materials: per our materials schedule (paving, walls, water features, furniture, lighting).
- Buildings: context only. Do not invent or finalise building finishes; concentrate on the detail of the landscape and ground plane.
- Entourage: realistic people, vehicles, and surrounding context to convey scale and use.
Process & revisions
We review in two stages to avoid wasted work:
1. Draft (clay/grey) renders — to sign off camera position, composition, massing, planting masses, levels, and sightlines, *before* materials and lighting are applied.
2. Near-final renders — to review materials, planting, lighting, and entourage.
Two (2) revision rounds are included in your quoted price. Additional rounds are priced separately (see schedule).

Your proposal must include
- The completed Pricing Schedule above (per-item prices + total).
- Portfolio links showing **landscape and masterplan work, including aerial views** — not only single-building exteriors.
- The render engine/software you will use, and confirmation that you can work from a SketchUp model.
- Number of revision rounds included and your revision policy.
- Estimated timeline, including time to first clay drafts.
- Confirmation that you can sign an NDA.
- (Preferred) willingness to produce one paid test view before we commit to the full set.
Requirements
- Proven landscape/masterplan visualisation experience, including large-site aerial renders.
- Able to handle a large-scale model and high-resolution (A1) output.
- Strong communication in English.
- Able to sign an NDA and invoice legally.
