Eco-Sustainable Design for "Dunes Academy"

Project Description: We are seeking a skilled designer or architect to create a comprehensive, eco-sustainable layout plan for our new project, "Dunes Academy," a K-12 school with an integrated agri-tourism concept. Located in Indraprastha Nagar, Rajasthan, the project aims to transform a 6.47-acre desert plot into a self-sustaining green oasis.
Scope of Work: The freelancer will be responsible for designing a detailed layout that strategically allocates the 6.47 acres of land into the following zones:
Permaculture Zone (1.0 acre): A dedicated area for advanced farming and soil regeneration.
Multilayer Farming Area (2.0 acres): For demonstrating vertical and drought-resistant farming techniques.
Miyawaki & Dense Forest (0.7 acres): A zone to cultivate native plant species and create a dense forest ecosystem.
Mini Zoo & Animal Care (0.5 acres): A small habitat for local animals.
Central Lake & Water Harvesting (1.5 acres): An integrated water management system, including a main harvesting pond and greywater wetlands.
Residential & School Zone (0.5 acres): The location for school buildings and on-campus residential facilities.
Deliverables: A detailed, high-resolution layout plan showing the placement and boundaries of all six zones.
A clear representation of the water harvesting system, including the lake, percolation trenches, and greywater treatment areas.
The final design should be provided in a professional, editable format (e.g., CAD, PDF).
