landscape design

I have 2.1 acre of land in piñon hills, CA. the lot is located next to mountains. may be 1000 feet from sea level. south side is mountains and north side is city view. lot is full of desert trees. which I'm planning to cut. lot has new manufactured house installed (1860 sq ft). im planning to use this house and lot for vacation rentals
