Villa Garden & Outdoor Seating Design

I have a newly built villa and want the exterior space to feel as refined as the interiors. The two must-have elements are a well-planned garden area and comfortable outdoor seating that encourages everyday use as well as small gatherings. A harmonious flow between the house and the yard is important to me, so the design should consider circulation paths, lighting, and views from the main rooms.

Please develop a complete concept that includes scaled layout drawings and visualisations. You are free to introduce planting schemes, material palettes, and lighting ideas that complement the architecture; just keep the garden and seating zones as the focal point. While a swimming pool is not part of the brief right now, feel free to leave enough space for one in case I decide to add it later.

Preferred deliverables:
• Concept plan with dimensions (PDF or DWG)
• Planting & materials palette with images or mood board
• 3D perspectives or a short walkthrough rendered in SketchUp, Lumion, or similar
• A brief maintenance guideline so I know how to keep everything thriving

Accuracy of levels, drainage considerations, and realistic plant selections for my climate will be part of the acceptance criteria.
