A fully wheelchair accessible garden showcasing a collection of 400+ bonsai as part of the landscape. A large studio space for bonsai and ceramics practice as well as wheelchair accessible toilet facilities and 2 separate parking areas for visitors to the garden or ceramics areas. A private garden surrounding the house with distinct areas for isolating pets etc all set within approx 3acres. This project is for a Not for profit charitable organisation with the main garden being open to the public once completed. The basics of the design must be expandable and allow for staged completion
