Tropical Resort Landscape Masterplan

I am developing a 3-hectare resort just outside Marrakech with twelve private villas set among shared leisure spaces. Because the gardens will define the guest experience, I need a complete landscape concept that feels lush and vibrant—think mature palms, layered tropical foliage, colourful blooms and cooling shade.

You will start with the cleaned-up AutoCAD architectural file (all existing green removed) and a folder of mood images and precedent studies that capture the atmosphere we want. Your task is to translate that brief into:

• A fully annotated landscape masterplan (CAD + print-ready PDF) showing all hardscape and softscape zones, circulation, lighting and irrigation points.
• A detailed planting palette matched to Marrakech’s climate, including quantities and container sizes.
• Schematic locations and design concepts for water features, walking paths, discrete seating pockets and focal trees.
• High-quality 3D renders of the common garden corridors between villas as well as the main recreational hub with pool and playground—multiple daytime angles that clearly convey mood, materials and planting density.

Feel free to rely on your preferred workflow (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Twinmotion, etc.); I simply need editable source files alongside the final images. After I review your proposal we’ll schedule a video call so I can walk you through the site survey and design intent, then hand over all reference material. Timelines and milestones are flexible as long as the concept mass plan is delivered first, followed by the renders after my feedback.
