Tropical Paradise Landscape Masterplan

I have a 2 800 m² plot that already holds a 150 m² main villa and a smaller kids’ accommodation. Everything else is a blank canvas that I want to transform into a lush tropical paradise devoted to relaxation and meditation.

Here is the vision I need translated into a cohesive masterplan:
• A meandering arrival sequence from the main gate to the villa, framed by abundant greenery and exotic plants that instantly set the mood.
• Multiple water features: mirror-like ponds connected by a dramatic rock waterfall that can be heard—and partially seen—from key viewpoints.
• A 25 m lap pool positioned for morning light and privacy.
• Intimate garden lounge pockets, a dedicated fire-pit lounge for starlit evenings, and gentle hammock nooks hidden among palms.
• A small massage pavilion for couples, tucked away yet easily reached via a planted boardwalk.
• Discrete service paths so staff and maintenance stay out of sight, keeping guest circulation seamless.

What I’m looking to receive:
1. A scaled site masterplan showing spatial relationships, hardscape, softscape, and lighting concepts.
2. Planting palette with species that deliver year-round tropical texture and colour.
3. Concept elevations or 3-D views (SketchUp / Lumion / Twinmotion—whichever you prefer) that illustrate the arrival journey and main outdoor rooms.
4. Brief material and finishes schedule for ponds, pool surrounds, decking and built elements.

If the concept captures the atmosphere I’m after—lush, calming, and undeniably tropical—we’ll move on to detailed construction drawings and phasing.
