Traditional Yard & Retaining Wall Design -- 2

The project calls for a complete, traditional-style layout for both the front and back yards, with integrated retaining walls that solve our grade changes and frame the planting beds. Current site photos, a measured base plan, and notes on sun exposure are already uploaded in the project files, so you can jump straight into concept development without waiting on extra information.
Scope of work
• Landscape concept and final planting plan for the two yards, keeping a classic, timeless look that blends neatly with the house architecture.
• Retaining-wall design (materials, footing details, drainage spec, top-of-wall elevations).
• Hard-scape elements—paths, steps and any edging—coordinated with the walls for smooth circulation between front and back.
• Material schedule (stone, timber, soil mix, turf, mulch) matched to items locally available.
• A concise maintenance note so it is clear how the design can be kept looking fresh season after season.
Deliverables
PDF and editable CAD/DWG sheets that include:
1. Dimensioned layout plan (1:100 or similar).
2. Wall sections with construction notes.
3. Plant list with quantities, pot sizes and placement key.
4. Two perspective or isometric visuals to help us sign off on style and scale.
