Traditional Symmetrical Landscape Design for Large Australian House

I'm looking for a landscape designer with a strong background in traditional evergreen styles. The primary goal of this project is landscape beautification for a large project in Australia. The property is 2500m2.

Key Elements:
- Water Features: I'd like to incorporate some water features into the design, such as a fountain or a small pond.
- Outdoor Lighting: Proper lighting can enhance the beauty of the landscape, so I'm looking for a designer who can create a well-thought-out lighting plan.
- Plants availibe for growth in Victoria, Australia must be used in the design, both for sustainability and to create a cohesive look.
- Retaining Walls: As the property is on a slope we will need to incorporate in retaining walls and driveways as well as lighting for these.
