Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a 10,000 sq ft property that needs a cohesive, traditional-style masterplan—front, back and everything in between. The brief is twofold: shape inviting outdoor spaces (garden beds, comfortable seating zones, water features) and weave in the practical needs of a small on-site service business without compromising curb appeal.
Here’s what I’m after:
• A scaled layout showing hardscape, softscape and circulation for the entire lot.
• Placement and detailing of a formal garden area, relaxed seating pockets and at least one signature water feature.
• Discreet integration of the service-business functions—driveway access, parking, entry path, screening and utility areas—so they sit naturally within the traditional theme.
• Planting schedule, material palette and basic maintenance notes to keep the look timeless yet manageable.
• Final package in PDF (plan view) plus the working CAD or editable file, with two rounds of revisions.
