Traditional Farmhouse Full Design

I’m ready to move fast on a complete, traditional-style farmhouse project and need one skilled professional (or a tightly-coordinated team) who can handle everything from the first sketch through final visuals. The scope covers architectural, landscape, and interior design, all presented as a single, coherent package that feels timeless rather than modern or rustic.

Because the schedule is tight, I’ll look for someone who can jump in immediately, manage overlap between disciplines, and keep communication clear while the work is in progress. AutoCAD/Revit (or a comparable BIM workflow) for architectural drawings, SketchUp/3-D Studio for quick massing and photorealistic renders, and Adobe tools for presentation boards are the kinds of tools I expect to see in your pipeline; if you work in different software, that’s fine as long as the outputs arrive in universally readable formats.

To make expectations crystal-clear, here’s what I need to sign off the project:

• Architectural set: scaled floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plan, foundation layout, basic structural notes
• Interior package: room-by-room furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, key joinery/millwork details, material & colour schedules
• Landscape plan: site grading, planting scheme, hardscape layout, irrigation concept, plus a lighting layer that ties back to both indoor and outdoor spaces
• 3-D visuals: at least four exterior perspectives and six interior viewpoints that showcase the overall feel of the house and the flow into the yard
• One coordinated master file (or federated model) so I can hand everything straight to my builder without re-formatting
