Toronto-Compliant AutoCAD Site Plan

Job ID: 40178184

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I am supplying a simple hand-drawn sketch that outlines the footprints of several buildings and the surrounding roadway / parking layout. Using that sketch, I need a fully drafted AutoCAD (.dwg) landscape and site plan that follows the current Toronto surfacing and parking guidelines.

Scope of detail
• Moderate level: every element must carry accurate dimensions and clear labels—no textures or 3-D rendering required.
• Label these features on the finished plan: Buildings, Roadways, Parking areas, and overall Landscape.
• Show basic landscaping with trees and shrubs, grass areas, and at least one water feature exactly where the sketch indicates or, if unspecified, in locations that satisfy Toronto’s landscape buffer and permeability rules.

Technical notes
• Draw to scale (metric), include north arrow, legend.
• Layer the file logically so buildings, pavement, planting, and annotation can be toggled independently.
• Follow the City of Toronto’s minimum stall size, drive-aisle width, curb radius, and Toronto parking lot design guidelines

Deliverable
1. Clean, editable AutoCAD file (.dwg) ready for municipal submission
2. Companion PDF plotted at 1:750 for quick review

Timeline
Final files must reach me no later than Monday, January 26 at 6:00 a.m. Toronto time. I will review the PDF and AutoCAD first thing that morning; any minor mark-ups should be turned around the same day.
