Thai Garden & Gazebo Design

Job ID: 40034273

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I am creating a small floral and shrub garden on our grounds in Thailand and need a complete design that balances beauty with practicality. The plan must include a peaceful seating area featuring a gazebo that blends traditional Thai character with contemporary lines, plus gently curving pathways finished in a mixture of gravel and stone.

Key elements I want addressed
• A scaled layout showing the gazebo, all beds and the connecting gravel-and-stone paths.
• Placement of four large, fast-growing native shade trees on the west side of the building to block the afternoon sun.
• A detailed planting schedule listing only trees, shrubs and perennial flowering plants that are native or well-adapted to Thailand’s climate; please indicate quantities, spacing and blooming season.
• Suggestions for low-maintenance groundcovers and any irrigation notes needed for our long dry season.
• A mood board or reference images that illustrate the Thai-meets-contemporary gazebo style (roof profile, materials, colour palette).
• High-resolution PDFs (or DWG if you prefer) and a short narrative explaining the design rationale so my facilities team can implement it confidently.

I will use the concept drawings to brief local landscapers, so clarity is essential. If you have experience with tropical horticulture, climate-responsive design or previous work in Southeast Asia, do mention it—those insights will help ensure the garden stays healthy and welcoming all year round.
